Do you want to work with test for our exciting store solutions? Do you have experience from working with vendors and procured services?
We are looking for a Test Lead who will work with risk based test management for IT Solutions in store. We support solutions for a great customer experience and store operations such as LCD screens, music in store, store scanners, tablets, loss prevention system and store collaboration systems. We offer you a great opportunity to join a global IT-Department and a business area with many ongoing new initiatives where you can bring new views and ideas that can contribute to improvements.
In your daily work you will plan tests, review requirements, write test cases, execute tests and follow up and report progress and results in accordance with our test strategy. You will also plan and lead our business during acceptance tests and participate in the test process improvement within the business area. Work includes both solutions in maintenance and new solutions managed in projects.
To be successful we believe you have a couple of years’ experience as Test Lead and good understanding of QA work. You work independently, have good communication skills and are good at critical thinking. We mainly work with solutions that are procured from a vendor as a service, so it is important with good insight into service management and vendor relations.
Inspirational Media and Store Operation IT Solutions are two service areas within Division Sales Store at H&M IT. We have expanded rapidly during the past 3 years. We are responsible for all in store IT solutions excluding point of sales and payment, for H&M and all our brands worldwide.

Your responsibilities
The job of Test Lead at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
- Test planning; plan acceptance tests in accordance with current test strategy
- Requirement review; review and give input on requirement documentation from a test perspective
- Test design; write test cases based on requirements
- Test execution; manual test execution in production like environment
- Test reporting; report progress continuously and summarize results in test report. Includes defect management in ServiceNow.
- Test lead and guide business during acceptance tests
- Communicate and interact with project members, surrounding departments and external suppliers
- Constantly improve way of working both internally and cross functional to assure better delivery
- Participate in risk workshops

And your skills include:
- At least 4 years of test execution experience from project or maintenance situations
- Minimum 1 year test lead experience
- Experience of acceptance test towards supplier (Hardware, Software, Service)
- Good communication skills both in speech and writing, in Swedish and English
- Experience from risk based testing
- Analytical and able to easily understand problem scenarios and identify appropriate solutions
- It is an advantage if you have retail experience
- It is beneficial with ISTQB foundation or higher education
- Experience of hardware testing is beneficial
