Test Lead to SEB Stockholm

What we are all about
We work in a cloud native environment (GCP) using Gigaspaces XAP in-memory grid and gRPC technology - with the means to deliver a high performing system that is ready to run on large scale. We keep continuous operations at core which means that CI/CD and deployment is treated as an every day activity. Everything we do is built from scratch by the team and monitored with real time analytics.


What you will do
Needless to say your responsibility might change over time since we constantly are developing our business. Here are the areas of we expect you to stick to:
· Make automated testing to become an intrinsic part of our product development process
· Take lead and be hands on in creating and structuring the test infrastructure
· Lead and execute on test activities
· Get to know the systems technical aspects and business logic


What we will need from you
We think that you have at least a five years of experience in a variety of positions working with Test Lead and quality assurance. The position requires knowledge, interest and experience in performing the following:


· Skilled in Linux and Java
· Experience from using test tools e.g. Cucumber and Jmeter
· Know your way around performance and scalability testing
· Knowledge on how to generate test data for deterministic tests
· Have experience from cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform
· A background in the financial industry
