Test Leader

The position
As a Test Leader, you will support the organization by adding your expertise and knowledge on planning, coordination and follow-up of test activities on a large project at Volvo; securing a good balance between test requesters and test engineers according to the project frame.
You will be part of the Test Object and Measurement Technology Team where we create and capture knowledge by building and testing; always securing the quality of our products by efficient verification and validation with the world as our test track.
The Test Object and Measurement Technology Team is part of the Verification and Validation Department within Quality Customer Experience.

Who are you?
To be successful in this position we think that you are resilient, enthusiastic and creative to propose different test scenarios taking care of the details and having structured mindset. You have good communication skills and enjoy supporting to solve issues making a good and flexible prioritization.
You have a BSc, MSc in e.g. Engineering or equivalent experience. Preferably, 3 years work experience in test planning or equivalent field with deep understanding for the automotive industry.


Required Skills
Project Management education or experience from project management
Knowledge of Kola, PROTOM and IObeya
Knowledge of MS Project and Excel
Good English skills both verbally and in writing
