You should have good knowledge/understanding of:
· the business area (Finance, Leasing and Procurement) and good understanding of how the products and services in the area are connected together
· support engineering and software development and how to identify bugs and issues
· agile frameworks, DevOps concept, ITIL and service governance model
· dependencies between different business areas, their processes and the tools used
· prioritisation needed during business-critical issues
· the platform area (Business Operations) and INGKA IT infrastructure
· INGKAs process framework, principles and guidelines
· ERP solutions such as Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or similar
We believe that you have formal qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent, and have minimum 4 years’ experience of working within the platform area.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The purpose of this job is to define, develop, implement and continuously improve the testing frameworks in the platform area and ensure efficient testing of features and resolution of reported issues.
In this role you will:
· Lead and coordinate test improvement initiatives e.g. process improvements related to test, tools evaluation/implementations
· Lead and coordinate cross-team testing initiatives e.g. system integration testing, regression testing
· Provide recommendation for production deployments to Platform Owner and input to Release Management
· Define testing standards and strategies (including test automation)
· Support/train team members to ensure defects (with focus on Bugs/Problem Management) are documented correctly and controlled / managed as effectively as possible through their lifecycle; Support in continuously improving the quality of support by building, maintaining and sharing knowledge with colleagues using the common knowledge tools in order to secure fulfilment of business needs
· Support root cause analysis of high severity incidents/bugs
· Ensure appropriate registering, analysis, prioritisation (Ensuring all defects have the correct severity and priority (triage)) and resolution of all incoming cases during the agreed time (SLA) in an accurate and efficient manner ensuring high level of quality
· Manage the daily operations and prioritisation of incoming tickets for the global support organisation securing coordination between various vendors and business stakeholders; Analyse and solve issues in close collaboration with software and system engineers in order to support the users in an accurate and efficient manner and ensure high level of quality; Perform initial debugging in a system before handing over to the development team in order to speed up the resolution time for issues
· Drive communication towards end-users and product teams about the progress of ongoing cases by continuous monitoring, analysis, following up and escalation of the case if needed
· Perform testing
In this role you will report to the Platform Area Manager, Business Operations, and your place of work will be Malmö, Sweden.
