As the OTA Test Leader, you'll spearhead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our testing strategies to ensure end-to-end verification of OTA functionalities. This involves:

* Refining test strategies to remain relevant across all car platforms, environments, and OTA features.
* Enhancing testing quality through identifying and implementing improvements.
* Managing verification progress and engaging with stakeholders.
* Aligning verification purposes, environments, and scopes across testing levels.
* Leading test analysis for new OTA features, collaborating closely with testers and developers.
* Ensuring comprehensive test scenarios and cases are developed to cover all functionalities and requirements.
* Contributing to discussions on new features and changes, influencing testing approaches.
* Facilitating the preparation of test environments and objects ahead of verification activities.

Who You Are:

We're looking for individuals with a Master’s degree (or higher) in Mechatronics, Software, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent knowledge. You should have extensive experience with complex systems and a proficiency in effective testing strategies.
Your curiosity, customer-focused mindset, flexibility, and excellent communication and documentation skills will be key. We value individuals who build trust through integrity, collaborate effectively, are committed to personal growth, and drive results through empowerment.

Our Commitment:

At Volvo Cars, we prioritize freedom of movement in a personal, sustainable, and safe manner. Our collaborative, diverse, and inclusive culture is the foundation of our success, driving forward innovations in safety, autonomous driving, and electrification. We offer a career that aligns with your talents and aspirations, enabling you to achieve your full potential.
