Do you want to work with managing verification and validation activities of digital air traffic management systems? Our current Test Leader has moved on to new challenges and needs to be replaced. This is an independent role for a person with high self-drive, focus on keeping deliveries and developing the way we verify and validate our product to meet industry standards and expectations.
Your role
To work as a Test Leader within Verification and Validation means that you have to understand system behaviour and performance. Your responsibility covers the planning, preparation, execution, and reporting of the acceptance test outcome for the products.
This work includes communication in various forms, both internally and externally (with customer, sub-suppliers and stakeholders). Hence, to do well in this role you need excellent Swedish and English skills, both verbally and in writing.
The main tasks are:

Define and maintain a common acceptance test workflow regarding Verification and Validation, both from a product as well as a project perspective

Plan and improve our processes, activities and operations continuously
*
Administer, review and release test documents
*
Write rules for documentation, primarily verification results and accumulated reporting
*
Set up guidelines for tests, both design and execution
*
Conduct training and coach the development teams forward within the discipline
*
Participate in release reviews and provide release documentation such as Verification Matrices and regression analysis reports
*
Introduce a test automation framework and an adapted way of working to meet development team preconditions
Your profile
To thrive in this role, you are a self-motivated person with great communication skills. You are used to efficiently collaborating with team members as well as other stakeholders. You are structured and have a confident mindset enabling you to adapt to circumstances. You are eager to learn and are continuously seeking for new knowledge. You have a Bachelor degree in engineering, computer science or similar.
You have at least a couple years of experience from complex system verification.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.
