You will be responsible for,


• Identify deliveries and milestones with connected test activities and setting up test plans for these.
• Continuous follow-up / reporting of the total product status.
• Test strategy for the autonomous mining product.
• Test strategy / test processes / test method development when needed together with other testers and experts.

Which qualifications and skills do you need to bring with you to be able to succeed? 


• Self-driven team player with a focus on collaboration and leadership
• Technical university degree
• Several years’ experience from software testing, functional testing of embedded systems or similar.
• Proven leadership skills
• Languages: English in written and verbal communication / Swedish a plus
• Experience from automotive industry

 

Who are we as a team?

 

We are part of the group Autonomous Function Test with the responsibility for testing the complete autonomous solutions. We are part of the agile release train developing our mining solution and work both with planning, strategy and hands on testing both in Södertälje and at customers sites. We are a team with plenty of experience in vehicle testing who enjoy working together and reaching our goals together. We enjoy solving problems both within the team and cross functionally. In the role as test leader you will of course work very close to our Program Management team for the release train as well as the other teams in the train.

Who am I as your manager?

I see my role as a manager to create an atmosphere that promotes personal development by empowering co-workers, clarifying our mission, being challenging but also fair and by respecting individual needs and diversity. I am 43 years old with 15 years of experience of automotive system development, thereof 13 as a leader. Following my core principles of Trust, Respect, Support and Fun I stand behind the teams and team members in every challenge.
