Test Leader CRM in Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Test Leader CRM with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
Tasks include:
You are responsible for creating the right conditions for successful system tests and monitoring the results of the tests throughout the project's phases.
You have representatives from various parts of the customer's business to assist you.
The role also entails assisting with user / tester training.
Create a thorough test plan.
Communicate the scope of the tests, in-depth activities, and results to all relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.
Create a test script for user acceptance testing and scenario testing.
Ascertain that the test scripts to be tested cover all functional and operational requirements.
Coordination of the system's customer testing with the assistance of representatives from various parts of the business
Carry out tests for all phases.
If necessary, prioritise which test cases must be completed first (if necessary in collaboration with product owners)
Collect test reports from testers, create tickets for the implementation partner, and monitor progress.
Changes and corrections to tickets that have occurred.
In the test report, summarise the results.
Critical errors should be escalated, and the work should be coordinated with the implementation partner in collaboration with the product owners.
Assist the change manager in the development of training materials.
Assist the initiative with training initiative implementation.





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
You have prior experience testing the sales processes and associated follow-up (requirements) of a CRM system, preferably in Dynamics 365 / CRM (request)
Experience with UAT testing Documented experience as a test leader Experience with large system implementations (more than 500 users)
Experience testing CRM systems, preferably with tests, but also as a user Experience with sales processes and their follow-up in CRM systems
Working experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM, either as an implementer or a user



Personal characteristics include:
You are structured and have the ability to create commitment. You understand various types of tests, when they are used, and why they are used.
You recognise the significance of writing detailed test cases that end users can easily follow in order to assist with testing.
