Test leader - for digital media devices

27M Labatus are a close partner to the leading manufacturers of multimedia devices. We perform tests for operators and middleware vendors. Our testing department consists of 17 employees in which you will be one of three test leaders.

As a test leader you will be able to plan and lead the testing process, and together with the project team also carry out internal and external projects. The work includes testing of black box testing, embedded systems, GUI and complete system solutions. The testing of products is carried out both in house and at customer sites. Develop new strategy and process for automation will be an important part of the work.

We are looking for an experienced Test leader with understanding of different test methods and improvement processes. You have a wide experience of test management and verification of software in different types of activities. As a person you are social and communicative with god team skills. Further requires the role that you are driven, flexible, and customer focused.

Appropriate educational background is M.Sc or B.Sc engineer with additional background:

- at least four years of test management.
- certifications in test
- experience of leading test projects and test management tools
- experience in a special area within the test as test automation, performance testing
- experience in requirements management and requirements coordination
