Test Leader - Östersund

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Test Leader who is experienced in accordance with agile working methods, Scrum or equivalent.

What you'll do:
● Responsible for requirements documentation, use case overviews with associated use cases user stories, functional and non-functional requirements.
● Ensure that test cases and test scenarios are designed to cover functional and non-functional requirements.
● Detailing of requirements and responsible for quality assurance and change management of the requirements.
● Manage test environments and ensure they are properly configured for testing activities and communicate test results and status to project stakeholders.
● Plan for how test automation can be performed on a broad scale and with different technologies.
Who you are:
● Good experience in capturing and managing both functional and non-functional requirements.
● Experienced tester who can act as a test leader in a CRM team where familiarity with Dynamics CE.
● Good experience with Jira and QMetry, Reqtest, or any other case management system and a system where planning and follow-up of tests are managed.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Have expertise in Test Automation, Oracle PL/SQL, XML, Scrum, and agile working methods.
