Test Leader - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Test Leader who is experienced in accordance with agile working methods, Scrum or equivalent.

What you'll do:
● Responsible for planning, coordination, test environments, execution and reporting of all testing in the project.
● Ensure that tests are communicated, coordinated, and anchored with and between different requirements, business, and IT architects.
● Create and maintain test cases for standalone and integrated Supply solutions crossover Food Digital.
● Work closely with all employees in the project and closely with technicians and testers for other systems.
● Plan for how test automation can be performed on a broad scale and with different technologies.
Who you are:
● Several years of experience as a test leader for complex systems in a large, distributed organization.
● Good understanding for the background processes that supports the main business processes such as M3 environment management, Test & Release planning, and execution.
● Good experience with Jira and QMetry, Reqtest, or any other case management system and a system where planning and follow-up of tests are managed.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Have expertise in Test Automation, Oracle PL/SQL, XML, Scrum, and agile working methods.
