Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Test Leader to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Formulate and develop test strategies and plans.
Create comprehensive test cases and facilitate continuous test case development alongside program progress, providing support to requirements work.
Execute various tests including system tests, integration tests, and test automation throughout the program’s lifecycle.
Manage test data generation and configuration, ensuring maintenance of test automation scripts.
When required, conduct operational tests in controlled laboratory environments.
Analyze, compile, document, and effectively communicate test results and test reports.
Ensure alignment and coordination of tests with different requirements and stakeholders.
Offer methodological support for functional and non-functional test management.
Collaborate with other requirements and test managers in developing tests when necessary.

What you bring:
High school engineer or university education in computer science, electronics, or equivalent.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the role of a test leader within the last 10 years.
At least 5 years of testing experience in complex projects with substantial IT infrastructure components.
Proficiency in using various test tools.
At least 3 years of experience in automated testing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.
Certification in ISTQB or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in test management within IT for agile system development.
At least 1 year of experience in test management within security-sensitive operations.
Minimum 1 year of experience in test management within a program encompassing underlying projects.
Previous work experience, validated through at least 2 reference assignments, involving at least three of the following technologies and tools: VMware VCF, container platforms, Azure DevOps Server or similar, Software Defined Network, Kafka.
