Test Leader - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Test Leader who is experienced in testing within CRM, ECM, SAS/BI or web/mobile and have good knowledge of Atlassian's suit: confluence – jira – zephyr (testadmin plugin).

What you'll do:
● Design and develop test plans, and test cases based upon functional and design specifications, execute test cases, and analyze and report test results to the teams.
● Acts as a test lead, planning the work of other testing staff and assigning tasks to meet project deadlines.
● Responsible for developing a test strategy and product risks and clarifying responsibility for quality and testing.
● Participate in internal/cross team meetings, project scoping, functional reviews, test specifications, and technical reviews for assigned projects in an Agile environment.
● Plan for how test automation can be performed on a broad scale and with different technologies.
Who you are:
● Able to work independently with test methodology, strategies, analyze requirements, write test cases and execute and follow up tests.
● Strong analytical thinking, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to work with technology stakeholders at various levels and including global teams.
● Good experience with Jira and QMetry, Reqtest, or any other case management system and a system where planning and follow-up of tests are managed.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Have expertise in Test Automation, Oracle PL/SQL, XML, Scrum, and agile working methods.
