TEST LEADER / TESTER FOR CUSTOMER IN INSURANCE- Stockholm/Remote

We are looking for a test leader / tester to join our customer's test team in the insurance industry. They are embarking on an exciting transformational journey toward an agile way of working. Simultaneously, as we modernize and introduce new technology, the digital transformation creates new opportunities and demands for rapid IT delivery and close collaboration with the business.
Your Experience
You have extensive testing and test management experience and are interested in various development and test methodologies. Testing in complex integrated system environments appeals to you as an exciting challenge. It is advantageous if you have prior experience with Occupational Pensions and the Lumera system.
Tasks
You will be a member of the team as a test leader / tester.
You must have the following:
testing and test management experience
a university diploma or its equivalent
experience with / interest in complex integration tests
interest in and knowledge of agile working methods
Personal qualities and experiences
informative and unpretentious, sees the big picture and prefers to work in groups
a goal-oriented attitude in which your careful planning and efficient test execution contribute to the high quality of our project deliveries
a positive attitude toward change and perseverance in the face of the challenges that complex projects face
It is simple to communicate effectively in both speech and writing.
Duration: 6 months + extension
Location: Stockholm / Remote
