Test Leader to Ensure Quality of the Future Electrified Powertrains

What you will do
As a test leader, you get the opportunity to work with powertrains that year after year is ranked on top in different market segments and rewarded with several awards for its functionality and efficiency. You will be an instrumental part of delivering world-class software that exceeds our customers’ expectations.
Your main responsibilities are to plan the test need, evaluate and follow up on test results, and give recommendations on approval levels for the test object. You will work in parallel with other test leaders and drive the development of test strategies and processes. In the test leader role, you also act as a sounding board for function developers and test developers in the system test domain.
What you will bring
As a person, you are responsible, structured, and encouraged by technical challenges. You can quickly familiarize yourself with advanced problems with a desire to find creative solutions together with your colleagues. As the position involves many interfaces, you are responsive to various inputs and have no difficulties making new contacts. You believe in building relationships with teams and stakeholders and motivating others to work towards a common goal.
Experience from working with test and/or coordination is required and experience in embedded software development is beneficial. Knowledge of the powertrain is an advantage.
You have a relevant university education or equivalent experience. A European driving license for a car is a must, a C driver's license is meritorious. You are excellent in communication and can master English in speech and writing. Swedish knowledge is meritorious.
