Our Exciting Opportunity
Product Development Unit Packet Core develops Mobile Core Network nodes with world class, market leading functionality, designed for cost effective, reliable and secure operations. The headquarters is based at Lindholmen (Gothenburg, Sweden) but we also have development in Shanghai, Beijing and Madrid.
The Mobility department is responsible for the development of the Packet Core Controller (PCC) and related Mobility use cases for 5G core functionality. The Session department is responsible for the Packet Core Gateway (PCG). To ensure efficient delivery of high quality products and solutions with the right content on time we need an experienced Test Leader / I&V Project Manager with the ability to make accurate decisions about quality, who can coordinate multiple parallel activities and who can work with multiple stakeholders cross the organization. This role needs strong self-management skills, a strong drive and ability to multi-task.
The purpose of the Test Leader is to secure that we execute agreed test scope and always have a known test status that is visualized and communicated. The Test Leader ensures that we maximize the use of our capabilities and are continuously optimizing the way we work. The person concentrates on “WHO and WHEN” in the test activity.
You will be responsible for:
securing execution of agreed test scope, visualizing plans, progress and test results including deviations
prioritizing items in the test backlog (including improvements, Test Automation and TRs)
identifying resource needs (people and test equipment) for assignments, planning, distributing and tracking of test scope across available teams
securing transparency of test status to stakeholders
providing input to Test Capability Plan
providing recommendations to Technical Test Coordinator (TTC), Program Manager (PM) and System Owner (SO) for PRG assessments
identifying improvements to enhance test capabilities
building and maintaining Operational, Technical & Business understanding in the teams
We are looking for someone who:
focuses on quality, about customers and has a passion for finding faults

is curious and wants to learn new skills!
is familiar with result visualization tools such as JIRA
To be successful in the role you must:
have BSc/MSc level in Computer Science or the equivalent level of knowledge
be fluent in English, written and spoken
have good self-management skills
be self-driven
have multi-tasking ability
be successful in stakeholder management
be focused on team building
