Test Manager

We are constantly growing and are now looking for an experienced Test Manager ready to join our DEK-family. As a Test Manager at DEK Technologies, you will work for one of our customers within telecom where your main responsibility is to ensure that products, services and solutions are integrated, tested, and delivered with high quality. The function supports the complete software development cycle and must work in close cooperation with other program functions like Program Managers, Technical Coordinators, Integration Leaders to ensure offerings are kept together. The responsibility also requires close interaction with Test Managers in other departments.

You are a team player with great communication skills who enjoys finding good solutions and bring new ideas to the table. Since we are a flat organization working according to Agile methods, we expect you to be willing to take on responsibility, as well as self-motivated with the ability to organize your daily work.

Key qualifications for the position:

- BS or MS in computer science, software engineering or similar, alternatively equal knowledge acquired through working experience
- At least 3 years of experience as a test manager
- A background in software development
- Experience of R&D processes, including lean and agile processes
- Understanding of CI/CD
- Leadership and communication skills
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
