Test Manager

Requirements:High level description of role but not limited to:
Create the release plan (incl checkpoints), in accordance with ART needs​
Collect information regarding affected systems, both that will be delivering new code to the test environments and other systems that are needed for the ART E2E testing.​
Perform planning meetings with the initiative together with Test Environment Managers to verify the need, and to give the Test Environment Managers relevant data for planning and booking the test environments for the test periods.​
Identify dependencies between initiatives and other deliveries for test. ​
Follow up the progress for initiatives with dependencies during test periods
​Conduct Exit/Entry meetings for initiatives with dependencies for each test period.​
Handle exceptions to test-plan as well as scope
​Handle escalations and prepare for decisions for late entries to test and release related issues.​
Release re-planning during emergency crisis situations
