We are looking for two new graduate engineers to join our team, responsible for Test Management for Ericsson's 4G and 5G Radio Access Network products. You will contribute to evolve a data driven test management by evolving our test management landscape with AI and ML based solutions using a wide variety of both inhouse and open source technologies and tools. You will support the testers and test managers with DevOps, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques, solutions, tools and processes designed to achieve the optimal product quality, flow and cost efficiency. We organize in teams in which Lean and Agile way of working, customer focus, continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work


What you will do:

Develop competence in agile product development, and clarify requirements needed on test methodologies, tools within test management area
Evolve test avoidance, risk based testing and fast utilization of customer feedback
Model the big data in test in order to develop requirements on test data, test data infrastructure, test architecture, test management tools and processes
Explore where we can use AI and Machine Learning to automate processing the test data in order to optimize test coverage, flow and cost more efficiently
Develop DevOps thinking, explore where AI and ML techniques can evolve our Continuous Integration and Delivery Machine that is used to test and deliver our SW to the customer fast with high quality



You will bring:

MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering
Deep knowledge and experience of DevOps, artificial intelligence, machine learning and modelling
Deep knowledge of data engineering and data science
Solid programming and scripting skills, including Unix, Linux and Python
Experience in some of the data technologies such as; Kafka, Mesos, Ceph, Spark, Postgres/ Cockroach, Elasticsearch, Linux
Solid understanding of cloud native product development
Solid understanding of cloud and virtualization technologies
Experience with containers, such as Docker or Kubernetes
Broad knowledge and interest in telecommunications, data technology, and automation areas
Solid understanding of software release and deployment and CI/CD pipelines
Digital citizen; likes using digital tools in managing work
Understanding of what is takes to be agile, without overhyping about it
Positive attitude to learn and grow
Has a “can do” attitude in facing challenges and ambiguity
Innovation mentality, curious, outspoken and polite personality
Fluent communicator, a hardworking presenter and conversation starter
Able to capture the big picture while paying attention to details
Exemplary time manager
Team player with right collaboration skills
