Test Manager/ QA Lead with Strategy | Remote

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Test Manager/QA Lead with Strategy and a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.




Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
• Test leader
• Experience from acting as test leader during at least one (1) introduction of a business system or an HRM system over the previous ten (10) years.
• A minimum of five (5) years' experience as a test leader, including the creation of test cases, organising, supervising, and conducting tests of complex system solutions with the majority of integrations, such as modular business systems.
• The consultant must have served as a test leader on at least two (2) reference projects that spanned at least 500 hours and were completed within the last five (5) years.
• Working knowledge of case management systems deemed equivalent by the Swedish Maritime Administration, such as Azure DevOps, TFS, Jira, or others.
• Third-level consultant (3).
• References must be given from two (2) assignments that were completed during the last five (5) years and dealt with comparable subjects, such as Test leader. At least 500 hours must be spent on the reference assignments.
