Test Manager Radio Interface Test Tools

About this opportunity
Our Radio and External Tools Department is looking for you!
We are now looking for a Test Manager with ability to combine the Test Manager role with quality assurance tasks. Join us in supporting Business Networks Engineering Unit's with Radio Interface test solutions.

What you will do
Ensure existence of test strategies and drive quality changes within test environment and test coverage for all areas in scope
Be an active stakeholder for release quality milestones
Be a decisive and active member of the program core team
Participate in trouble report follow ups and where applicable root cause analysis activities
Interact with solution development teams, users, test manager peers and other key interfaces
Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
Develop competence in technical domain


You will bring
Education: MSc or BSc level in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent level of knowledge
Min years of experience: 3
Domain experience: Test flow activities or test management
Good understanding of test environments/test labs
Business understanding
Working with people and networking
Innovating, adapting, and responding to change
Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
Proficiency in English, oral as well as written
