Test Manager SAP for a customer in Stockholm !

Are you an avid SAP tester with several years of testing experience related to SAP ?

We are looking for you who understand and have experience of complex testing for large SAP implementations. With our client, you will help drive UAT Test and carry out them for securing high quality in data, processes, applications and integrations. You understand testing from a business perspective as well as from a technical perspective.

- You have several years of working experience within testing - related to SAP.
- You have worked with Solution Manager for testing in landscapes with new and old legacy.
- You have experience of Test Automation.
- You have a very good understanding of business processes and how they relate to IT systems.
- You communicate effectively with business by combining your technical skills with your good communication skills.


Being able to master both Swedish and English in speech and writing is a requirement.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for Test Management within the program.
- Work with the UAT Test roadmap including new and existing application landscape
- Coordinate legacy application testing within End-to-End (FIT) testing.
- Be the liaison and bridge between different areas and within business and IT.
- Ensure the End-to-End test scenarios, test scripts, test cases and data-matrix are aligned.
- Close collaboration with Program Management, Project Managers and testers in the program.
- Support the business process- and test teams in their work.
- Manage UAT Test progress, including assigning work, monitoring progress and providing feedback
- Work collaboratively with business personnel, particularly around defining requirements and supporting execution for UAT and regression testing
- Use Solution Manager and Defect management as test tool
- Define and maintain Test Plan documents
- Identify, document and manage all significant Risks and Issues regarding Testing


Technical environment:

SAP S/4 HANA, CAR, PMR, BW/4, Vistex, SAP PO, MF UFT, Load Runner, Solution Manager 7.2 Focus Build Test Suite

Additional requirements:

- Have a business and customer-oriented mindset and are skillful in managing many stakeholders within business and IT.
- Proven track record as Test Manager for large SAP implementation projects
- A solid understanding of SAP S/4 HANA, understanding of SAP Retail is a merit.
- Strong understanding of using Solution Manager Test Suite and Focus Build for testing
- Strong analytical skills - can understand complex issues and suggest creative approaches for solving them.
- Good ability to create various documentation, and to work towards specific deadlines.
- Knowledge about supply chain processes and system landscapes for large retailers is a merit.
- Knowledge of Test Automation
- Strong experience from working with complex system integrations, processes and information flows.
- A good workshop facilitator with solid presentation skill.
