TEST MANAGER - Solna/Remote

Project description and required skills
We are looking for an experienced test manager to join a Fixed Income delivery team. Based on the Platform Prime Front Arena, the team is developing a solution for the company's Front Office for Fixed Income Risk Management.
The test manager is in charge of planning and carrying out all testing activities related to deliveries:
Functional evaluation
Test for System Integration
Regression analysis (including automated regression tests)
Performance evaluation
Acceptance test for users
The test team is made up of dedicated testers, Front Office business users, and business users from other departments.
In the team, we use the following tools/platforms:
Prime Front Arena for Microsoft Windows
Confluence/Zephyr Scale/JIRA
Arena Test Framework (ATF) is a framework for automating tests.
GitHub Code Repository
Python is used for development.
We anticipate that the candidate will have a strong Test Manager background, as evidenced by a documented track record of completed assignments. It is critical to be well-structured, delivery-oriented, and have strong communication skills.
The team's primary spoken languages are Swedish and English. The documentation is written entirely in English. The work will be done on-site at the company's headquarters in Solna.
A must-have criterion is a test manager with experience in:
