Assignment Description:
We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to join our dynamic team
What you will work on:
Define and execute a comprehensive test strategy for FACP areas.
Lead the enhancement initiatives within FACP QA, such as Automation strategy, Defect Management, Test Metrics implementation, Tool and process improvements.
Manage and mentor staff to achieve improvement goals and maintain high-quality testing standards.
Oversee QA Cost Plan, Budget, and Resource allocation.
Coordinate and shape Solution level Test Approach, particularly for complex releases.
Serve as an escalation point and troubleshooter for Programme and Solution Train QA and release-related issues.
Ensure the quality of delivered requirements and their alignment with testing processes.
Manage Test environment and Test Data requirements, ensuring proper allocation and budgeting.
Ensure availability of required test data and environments across all phases of the project life cycle.
Maintain transparent communication regarding deliverable quality and engage stakeholders on release status.
Review and approve Release Test reports for each production release.

What you bring:
Strong domain knowledge in Banking and Fraud Prevention is advantageous.
Familiarity with banking architecture, including Batch runs and multiple integration technologies.
Proficiency in leading testing efforts within a complex integration landscape.
Experience in managing complex programmes.
Technical competence to communicate effectively with development teams, architects, and test environment personnel to define E2E testing scope and required test environments.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to drive change, prioritize effectively, and focus teams on key objectives.
Exceptional people management skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships and lead teams.
Proactive mindset, comfortable with challenging the status quo and seeking solutions.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to act promptly in addressing problems.
Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and QA in Agile methodologies.
Hands-on experience in agile testing and QA processes.
