Assignment Description:
We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to join our dynamic team .
What You Will Work On:
Develop and document a comprehensive test strategy aligned with strategic business goals in collaboration with internal teams.
Define key testing objectives, processes, and metrics to ensure thorough test coverage and optimal effectiveness.
Evaluate current testing practices and identify opportunities for seamless integration of test automation to enhance efficiency, reliability, and speed.
Architect a scalable and customized test automation framework tailored to specific requirements, considering application architecture, technology stack, and test types.
Select suitable tools for effective implementation based on a thorough assessment of the IT landscape.
Lead the execution of the test strategy across the organization, working closely with diverse teams to ensure successful implementation.
Create automation test cases, develop test scripts, and seamlessly integrate automated tests into the software development lifecycle.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for test automation to achieve comprehensive coverage and minimize false positives/negatives.
Establish an efficient process for test data creation and maintenance in support of the overall strategy.
Support organizational change by formulating effective strategies, providing training and mentorship, and communicating the benefits of test automation to stakeholders at all levels.
Drive cultural and operational shifts necessary for successful adoption of automated testing.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness and efficiency of the test strategy and automation initiatives.
Define relevant metrics, create informative dashboards, and regularly communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

What you bring:
Level 3 experience (4-8 years) as a Test Manager, with a focus on test strategy and automation implementation.
Thorough understanding of diverse software testing methodologies, test management tools, and test automation frameworks.
Profound expertise in designing and implementing scalable test automation frameworks.
Proven ability to drive organizational change and influence stakeholders toward adopting automated testing practices.
Proficiency in assessing testing requirements, defining test strategies, and establishing performance metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across cross-functional teams and articulate presentation to stakeholders.
Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
