Description

The test manager will report to the project manager and collaborate with sub project manager IT, product specialist and sub project manager organizational readiness.

Work tasks:

- Migrate from a series of application that currently support planning and execution processes
- Secure that the effects in the business case are realized
- Define test strategy based upon the organization requirements, environment set up and product features

Mandatory competence and experience:

- Competence of the highest rank, perceived as an expert in the market with a broad and deep competence.
- At least 10 years experience as a consultant in the field.
- Has participated in large assignments in various areas and carries out assignments with very high complexity and quality.
- Has been at level 3 for at least 5 years.
- Great knowledge and experience to work in a senior position.
- Testing of mission critical applications in a complex IT environment with high demand on application functionality, availability and performance
- Orchestrate different organizations and internal functions towards a common set of deliverables
- Knowledge of the transportation industry and preferably the rail industry

- Deep knowledge of Testing with emphasis on migration
- Experienced in working with cross organizational with cross functional teams
- Structured and driven towards defined deliverables
- Swedish and English
