Test Manager - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Requirement Manager who is experienced in governance and coordination between different actors and suppliers.

What you'll do:
● Work with the bank's relevant units to ensure the requirements regarding IPA / DW, Reports & analytics and interact with the IPA team during the detailing of the requirements.
● Help prioritize data and functional needs based on user and business management input regarding mission impacts and organizational goals.
● Perform short and long-range planning in support of existing and future requirements to enhance customer systems.
● Be part of the program's project for testing, planning and conducting the tests in the IPA/DW area.
● Assist in providing final approval documentation for implementation of IT and functional requirements.
Who you are:
● Long experience of requirements definition in several different environments in the BI and Analytics area.
● Good knowledge of collaboration, process, and visualization tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Visio.
● Have Experience in the banking and financial sector and preferably the field of AML and agile development work or hybrids.
● Ability to translate project requirements into project objectives and tasks, manage task assignments to project resources and report on and manage project scope throughout the lifecycle.
● Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively along a broad spectrum from executive management to support staff.
