Test Manager - Stockholm/remote

We are seeking for a B2B Test Manager. We need to add a Test Manager to our team to manage smaller development projects and efforts.
Your tasks will include the following:
In B2B projects, oversee IT test management and quality assurance activity. Create test strategies.
Examine the acceptance criteria and ensure that all requirements are met.
Plan and monitor the test assignment in accordance with proper testing standards and strategy, as well as what is most appropriate for the project scope.
Knowledge and the capacity to carry out hands-on tests
Inform the project manager and other stakeholders on the status, progress, deviations, hazards, and recommendations.
Obtain resources for testing inside projects/assignments.
Manage and organise a team of test resources, as well as follow up on day-to-day tasks. Participate in the clarification of business requirements.
Qualifications
ISTQB certification and 5-10 years of experience
Practical test management and testing experience in an agile development context
Telecom domain expertise
Excellent knowledge of various testing environments
Understanding of IT system development Jira and Xray knowledge (or similar test management tools)
Personal features include fluency in both verbal and written English and Swedish.
