Description

Right now the customer is in an exciting transitional phase preparing for new technology to be integrated in our solutions. The customer also updating our ways-of-working and tool chains to provide a great environment for product development and verification.

In the role as Test Leader you have a very central role in the projects with planning and execution of test as well as driving continuous development of testing methods, specifications and processes. The customer is going into the world of Jira, Zephyr and Confluence. In this role you will use this tools daily and constantly improve how you will work with them in testing.

Work tasks:

- Day to day work regarding resource and project management
- Weekly meetings

- Priority and follow up of the line projects

- Together with department head and the team set the long-term strategy



Mandatory competence and experience:

- You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy contributing to a team but also have the ability to work independently when needed.
- You have a degree in engineering (M, E or D) and 5 years of broad experience of the testing craftsmanship.
- Building test plans and follow up on testing and update specifications will be your main focus. You will also support in system testing to have a good understanding of the products to be able to plan activities in the right way.
- Language skills: English on excellent level
