Test Manager/QA Lead in Solna

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Test Manager/QA Lead with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.



Key Responsibilities:
You will make the following contributions:
Excellent test management and communication abilities in a variety of IT initiatives
With innovative activities, ensure an efficient test method of operation and an increase in quality assurance maturity.
Effective follow-ups and regular reporting on test progress
Plan the (E2E) test scope with the delivery team testers and create a test plan.
Facilitating a workshop on testing and risk
Support and coach delivery teams on how to work in the various test phases.
Collaborate with other test managers/QA leads and testers to improve testing artefacts.




Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
We believe you have at least 5 years of relevant experience as a QA lead in large initiatives, with a proven track record in various areas of testing, including functional and non-functional testing (security, performance, and recovery testing).
You have excellent communication skills and extensive experience communicating the status/results of agile test projects.
You are a strong leader with a positive attitude. It is critical that you can keep everyone working toward a common goal while resolving multiple issues at the same time without sacrificing speed or quality.
