Test Network Administrator

Ascade is a Swedish subsidiary of the US company CSG, a provider of software and services in the digital age. Assure is a market-leading quality testing solution for international phone calls. It is used by over 150 mobile operators and carriers worldwide. The service is powered by a test network which covers 500 mobile networks.
We are looking for a versatile person with basic technical and excellent administrative skills, and who likes working with people. You will join a motivated team of four persons which is responsible for the Assure test network. The role includes network expansion, monitoring, administration, customer support, and project assignments. The person who fits for this role is probably one who can see the big picture, enjoys working independently with many tasks of various kinds, and in interaction with other people all over the world.
Primary Responsibilities
Monitoring of the test network, troubleshooting and actions, with responsibility for a region.
Hosting partner management, such as payments, find new partners, contracts, shipping, and maintain good relations.
Ideas for how to improve the test network.
Project deliveries.
Support tickets from customers with SLAs.

Skills which are good for the role:
Self-managing, responsible, structured, orderly, team worker.
Ability to work both with technical and administrative tasks, and mix routine work with assignments and own initiatives.
Ability to learn about technical applications, such as mobile phones, computers, and Internet.
Good troubleshooting skills with a disposition to look for improvements.
Ability to work within defined objectives.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
High school degree or higher.

Relevant experience may be customer support and analysis work.
