Aurobay is looking for a Test Object Leader. As Test Object Leader, you will be part of the section Analysis & Verification within Powertrain Engineering Sweden AB (PES) Research & Development unit. The team is called Durability Testing and includes two teams, one team working with hybrid test object planning, specification, coordination and order of test objects and one team focusing on engine durability verification testing.

As Test Object Leader and part of the Test Object team, you will work with complete R&D. Having a key role within R&D projects to progress and have a final product. The team is key in development process, and you will for sure be in the spotlight. The Test Object team is leading and coordinating all needs as well as utilization, instrumentation, and updates of the test object during its complete lifetime. The test object team works globally with internal customers in R&D as well as pilot and production plants. In Aurobay, test objects are defined as prototype test engines, hybrid solutions and test vehicles for all test and calibration activities.

As Test Object Leader, you will have the responsibility of leading test object need in engine and hybrid solution projects. This means to lead and perform the coordination of engine test object need in every prototype phase of an engine program as well as follow-up on testing outcome to understand needs of instrumentation, spare parts and updates. You will be part of the Durability testing group but work widely cross all sections involving design, testing and calibration within R&D.

The role is key in the product development process to optimize and deliver the R&D test objects need according to specification and timing.

Krav/Requirements

We believe you have at least a BSc in mechanical engineering or similar, could also be knowledge with similar work experience of 1-2 years of project leading or similar task, working with planning, part systems, BoM (Bill of Material) and testing.
