Propulsion and Energy – let’s introduce ourselves
We at Propulsion and Energy are a unit within Engineering & Operations with a clear purpose to be leading in Electric Propulsion. You will have the opportunity to join a dynamic and cross-functional team that leads and plans the needs for test objects for the next generation of electric engines. In this team you will be working in a delivery-oriented environment together with experienced and motivated colleagues located in Gothenburg, SE. We operate an Office First policy.
What you’ll do
Your main responsibility is to be the driver for the Department´s test objects, acting as an interface towards the vehicle projects. Additionally, you'll manage incoming work requests from the Propulsion & Energy organization for various projects.
Duties include:
* Test object cost responsible from estimation to actuals. Provide visibility of finance status throughout the project to support decision making.
* Create and maintain an execution plan per project and prototype build series to synchronize deliveries cross-functionally within Propulsion & Energy.
* Support test object builds. Solve, escalate and track impediments.
* Report status and general project progress at project meetings.

Education and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
* Experience as a project leader/project manager in a product development environment (including testing).
* Minimum 5 years’ experience within product development of Propulsion systems.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
