Description

- Management & responsibility for 3rd parties (Legacy Applications, MDM, S/4, cloud Azure, PaaS, SaaS, Google Cloud platform)
- Develop detailed Test Plan, Roles & Responsibilities & Test Approach
- Management & responsibility for QA at local country level, including test scope across IIT, SIT, pre-UAT & UAT, Performance Participate on UAT management & coordination
- Build/add content to test reports for the purpose of tracking progress where required
- Monitor, or & Manage Defects to agreed SLA
- Responsible for supporting all test execution activity
- Run regular test & defect progress meetings at local country level
- Act as escalation point for Issues & Risks during test execution
- Escalate test risks & issues to the clients local country PMO & BOT Release Test Lead & capture within the test risk log
- Confirm that SIT2 exit criteria have been met at local country level
- Coaching & support of test team (business users) throughout the Release timeline
- Create & communicate the testing daily status reports (Legacy)
- Responsible for Target Operating Model Model knowledge transfer to selected local country employees/users/testers


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Experience testing in the context of a large-scale SAP global rollout with cloud based SAP (Expert)
- Strong ‘hands on’ test experience project management (min. 7 years)
- Experience testing a Minimum Viable Product design, in the context of a large-scale SAP global rollout
- Experience in complex business & technical environment involving multiple system integrators operating with a global delivery model
- SAP Transformational change experience in large multi-cultural organisations & cloud-based
- SAP Implementations projects in a global rollout context
- Ability to drive teams in a diverse international & distributed team
- Finance process knowledge (R2R, OTC, SP2, MDM)
- Strong communication & decision-making skills - ability to balance conflicting needs Strong stakeholder management across all levels


Preferred competence and experience:

- SAP S/4 HANA, Ariba & SAP Retail
