Test Strategist within LC&I BIO

Are you interested in joining us in our journey towards digitizing Swedbank and facilitating test within LC&I?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

- Create test strategies and test plan cross ARTs within LC&I

- Ensuring agile methodology adherence within test area

- Work to increase test automation in LC&I ARTs

- Facilitate for the teams to improve their ways of working with testing in an agile way

- Align and teach team members around testing, test documentation etc.

- Foster collaboration and communication around testing between the teams

What is needed in this role:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field

- Experience within test, test strategy, test automation and/or development in an agile context

- Ability to work in a structured way and keep order amongst many involved teams

- Good communication skills

- Preferable good knowledge about the Swedbank organization

- Fluent in Swedish/English, both written and oral
