Test Team Lead/Test Architect

Are you our new test team leader and test architect for our Continuous Product Test team? We are looking for an experienced test leader, a test architect or a senior developer with interest in test and having ambitions to develop and grow into the test area.
The test team is responsible for the product verification of the next generation control products. It consists of 4-5 test engineers with experience from our current and next generation products as well as automatic test development. The tests are developed in various software languages and executed both in virtual test environments and in the physical test lab consisting of a huge number of different control products simulating a large-scale installation.
We are currently in the phase of develop the next generation control products using modern development methods including continuous integration, test, and delivery. The test team will be central part of this development and strategy, methods, and capacity will be of key essence.


Your responsibilities
In the role you will maintain the test strategy, develop the test team and be part of the technical decisions regarding test.
You will lead the test team, serve as a scrum master and be the main contact person for the development team as well as report the test status to the projects.
The test team interfaces the development teams and develop and performs tests on a higher level, than the development teams. The test architect and test leader interfaces the development teams, the system architects, the product owners and the project managers.



Your background
At least 2-5 years of experience in test development or test management.
Sound knowledge of agile development and continuous integration.
Experience in software and test design, test framework and design of automatic tests.
Following experiences are meritorious in this role: test management, test architecture, test development, cyber security, scrum master, test tools, test frameworks, Azure DevOps, working with test data and publish test statistics.
A B.Sc, or M.Sc in Electrical Engineering or Data Science or similar.
A solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
