Tetra RecartT New Angles on Canned Food Tetra Recart is a carton-based processing and packaging system designed for shelf-stable food products with particles of almost any size - products traditionally packed in cans, glass jars and pouches.Thanks to a special packaging material and a new form and seal machine, it is now possible to sterilise the food inside a carton package.Developed by Tetra Pak, Tetra Recart represents a new and exciting business opportunity for the company.In this position you will work in a team with food technologists and engineers and in co-operation with them lead and supervise the activities on the customer site, working with local service engineers, supported by specialist functions within Tetra Recart.This means that you are working close to food & process expertise and to the team driving our customer projects.As the equipment in the "Mobil test unit -MTU" is a food factory in miniature you will have to work with both mechanical and electrical issues in a practical and theoretical way.The position as test unit engineer is organized within Food & Process Technology in Tetra Recart's Development department.We are now looking for an additional Test Unit Engineer for employment in Lund.The work is located all over the world at potential customer sites, or in-house at our home base.To be successful in this position you are a "hands-on" electrical engineer with a minimum of 2 - 3 years experience from working with technical machinery.Practical mechanical and electrical skills are mandatory.Technical education covering both the mechanical and electrical area is a demand.Today you might work as a service engineer with trouble shooting and repair, both mechanical and electrical.English is mandatory; other languages are preferable.In this position it is important that you are capable of making your own decision and work in an independent way.Sometimes the situation can be quite stressful at customer sites and you therefore need to be able to handle those situations keeping your focus on the task.
