TESTER/TEST LEADER - Karlskrona

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Test Leader to work with assignment that will involve different levels from requirements review to acceptance testing of the system including UX and usability.
What you'll do:
● Develop a test strategy together with the system supplier and Team Leads within the initiative.
● Support in test methodology, develop test plans, test cases and test execution, dialogue with the system supplier and follow-up and documentation.
● Handling Agile/Scrum practices and values, whilst strongly serving the Development team in their efforts to delight customers.
● Continuously challenge the ways of working to ensure continuous improvement within the team.
● Develop a relationship with the business such that the team and the business act as one unit.
● Continuously improve the way of working from an incident handling point of view within the team i.e., lead postmortem workshops and refinement sessions to improve our way of work.
● Contribute to the development work within the team such as software development, databases, tests, or other aspects of life cycle management.
Who you are:
● Interest in automated tests and experience of SAFe and the test perspective within the framework.
● Fluent speech and writing in Swedish and English along with experience in test management for ERP systems.
● Broad experience of test and test management with competence in leading tests in agile organizations and projects.
● Good understanding of IT infrastructure, IT and requirements management.
● A couple of years of experience in end-to-end tests in complex environments.
● Technical experience with .NET, developing & optimizing existing testing strategies, automated testing (component and system level), and exploratory testing.
● Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills of Swedish language.
