Testing Engineer

If you are considering the challenge of a new role in a rapidly growing global company, our terminal department is seeking a passionate testing engineer with a "can do spirit" to deliver excellent results together with Huawei Nordic & Baltic and our customers team.This is an excellent opportunity to become a part of a great team with scope for long-term opportunity and rewards.The company is growing quickly and this professional role will have a strong presence in the Huawei Nordic & Baltic.We are offering a challenging position and the opportunity to grow with us.Job description As a testing engineer you'll be working with our terminal team and taking charge of device testing.You'll have the following responsibilities: -Implement testing cases, locate and analyze problems during tests.-Re-produce problems and collect log files.-Trace the change of software and hardware version.-Sort and report customized requirements, as well as clarify the technical aspect of customized requirements.-Assist service colleague to answer customers?technical questions.-Provide supports to current network test and out door test that required by product line.Qualifications: To be successful in this role, we're seeking for a candidate with the following qualifications: -Minimum of master degree in telecommunications, computer science or electronics.-General knowledge of telecom field, deep understanding of telecom industry -Strong technical background in computer science, wireless communication.-Excellent research, communication, lecture and document design skills.-Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (engineering, marketing, researching) -Ability to show creativity and a different way of thinking.-Good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and fluency in English as well as Chinese. It?s an advantage if you can speak mandarin Chinese, since there will be a lot of communication with Huawei headquarter in China.For this position it's important for you to be a person who has the ability to show creativity and a different way of thinking, understand customer business and organization process and how to contribute to customer's success.
