The Kennel söker A&R executive

The Kennel AB is seeking a fluent Chinese speaking A&R executive to do business development in the Chinese market.


- Must have strong network with recording labels, music publishers, TV and Fiilm production companies and Ad Agencies in the Chinese Market.
-Fluent in writing and speaking Chinese language “Mandarin”
-At least 5 years experience in music publishing business in China (Admin/creative/Synch)
-Must be able to create new clients, customise artist-related service such as artist training and development.
-Strong A&R ability to help clients such as Chinese artists/labels/variety shows to find music directions and songs
• Set up customized songwriting camps for top local Chinese artists, facilitate the cooperation between top Chinese artists and top Kennel producers and songwriters.
• Must have chart position success as an A&R in the Chinese market (E.G. Top 10 hits)
- The applicant should be a creative self-starter with the ability to multi task in a fast pace environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
