About the role
The TNT team contributes to meet the SBABs goal of producing "Sweden's best mortgage platform". TNT is responsible for carrying out the movement towards a fast, modern and flexible IT platform and processes, to identify future needs and build solutions for it and to support SBAB tech in every way possible.

We are now looking for you who wants to help us to push forward, who can take responsibility and who hungers for continuous improving. It doesn’t matter if you have experience in development or testing or infrastructure or architecture or deployment or all of it. We work with all of these and we will always find a way to put your skills to good use for SBAB.

What you’ll do

We are looking for another TNT who can give our group more ideas, more variety and especially more discussions.


Your work will include:

- Preparing for future development needs

- Support SBAB tech on its journey

- Development and maintenance of new infrastructure solutions

- Development of processes which support Continuous delivery/deployment

- Identify blockers in the daily development work and eliminate them

- Deliver technical solutions with focus integration, quality and speed

- Kill legacy


You will work with very competent and strong colleagues. We learn every day, what was good yesterday will not be good enough today. Every idea is welcome in our group, there is no right or wrong until we tested it.

Who are you?

We are looking for a person who has a lot of technical competence but is willing to test and learn new ways every day.
You have hands on experience in your area of expertise.
You must be able to communicate very well. Not just within our group but also with other groups of SBAB tech.
You want to lead different initiatives within our group.
You love agile working.
You burn for continuous improvement.
You share SBABs values.
