THESIS VR/AR Sweden - Korea

The project is about XR where we want to focus on streamlining stages of working in XR thus reducing the cost during the product development phase. The thesis would like to look at ways to reduce the time spent in this phase by optimizing the use of XR.

Description of thesis work


Much of the work is theoretical, to start a literature review on trends and how XR is being used today within multiple industries will be conducted. The results will be analyzed and applied within the context of product development. To continue we will follow two specific cases chosen from VCE Korea* about recurring problems with the current XR working environment.
This will provide an understanding of what needs to be changed within VCE to increase efficiency. The end result of the thesis work should be improvements on the cases for the current work in XR in the context of product development that can be implemented and evaluated within VCE.
Lastly the method would be applied, the results would be quantified and evaluated
