Arbetsbeskrivning
In Group D&IT we have the ambition to be a Great Place to Work, even the Best place to Work in the Industry. But how do we know if qualify for this or not?
We would like to investigate and clarify how we can benchmark and measure this ambition from an external perspective with existing institutes, rewards, compliance possibilities or other potential measures to tell where we are and what need to be in order to be a Great Place to Work.
The perspective is to start with in Sweden, but since we are a global organization, we would also potentially like to investigate the global/international perspective with the same topic.
As an outcome we want to get recommendations what the best way for us is to find benchmarks, rewards or other measures so we can know how Great Place to Work we have, and how we systematically can work to be better based on benchmarking, compliance, rewards etc
We would also like to get recommendations on how we should set up a way of working to drive this from the HR&OD function as well.
Work tasks would include:
Investigate possible institutes, rewards, benchmark companies, compliance activities etc to get external reference possibilities for what Great Place to Work means
Specifically review this in Sweden and also look into global possibilities
Evaluate and recommend which ones Group D&IT should start to engage with and use
Recommend how the HR&OD organization in Group D&IT should work, so we can benefit from identified and recommended external reference possibilities, and move towards desired state of a Great Place to Work
