Thin Film Electronics ASA (”Thinfilm”) is a publicly listed Norwegian technology company with its head office in Oslo and product development in Linköping, Sweden. We seek an outstanding project manager to join our team. This person will help drive the continued development and realisation of printed electronics of the future.

The role will include driving various types of projects. Most of the time it will be development projects that are taken on with a specific customer on the receiving end but it may also be internal projects with an internal ‘customer’. A typical customer-facing project will require a broad skillset, all the way from handling the customer dialogue, through product definition discussions, traditional project management and deep technical understanding of the issues to be solved, to final delivery to the customer.

With time the role will also involve some product management responsibilities for certain products.

The majority of the work will take place at Thinfilm in Linköping, Sweden. Experience from project management in an international setting and with complex technology is highly relevant. We also look for and value personal drive and ability to navigate in a complex environment. Excellent English communication skills are of course a must.

Tasks:

- Drive projects, either external or internal
- Take part in the different product development phases preceding and succeeding the actual project
- Take part and sometimes drive tasks and activities that are part of a product management role

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years experience of project management of technology projects in an international environment
- M.Sc. in engineering, preferably within the printing, chemistry, nanotechnology or material science areas
- Experience of product development
- Excellent team player
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
