Role Description:
This career opportunity is for Sales director to join Nordics Sales team. Nordics region is in a rapid growth phase with an exciting and growing technology market. This role will closely work with presales, domain consulting, and delivery teams to win and grow new business in application space. This role will be responsible to lead the application solution for proactive pursuit, large managed services pursuit, transformation, and modernization pursuits driving integrated solutioning and architecture. The work will also involve working with our market making team to proactively create new opportunities across hunting and farming accounts.
Key Requirements and Responsibilities:
Create sales pipeline by working closely with marketing making team, hunting team, advisors, and our existing & new customers.
Lead application solution (support, development, and transformation solutions) deals for customer across Nordics region.
Work with various Wipro internal practices to produce end-to-end application solution and bring winnable proposition.
Work with bid and finance team to produce competitive pricing.
Manage day to day customer interactions, solution presentation, statement of work and ensure a smooth handover to delivery.
Work with presales, domain and delivery and hunting team to identify proactive opportunities in existing engagements and come up with value proposition to increase our penetration.
Maintain account planning and sales pipeline for identified accounts across Nordics region.
