Volvo Group People & Culture have started a fantastic journey, taking steps into the future by implementing a new Core HR system and are now preparing for updating our time-reporting system. Are you interested in supporting us in the journey of replacing our current time system and move into a future proof process within the Time/Workforce Management area? For us, this means securing a smart solution within the areas of Time and Attendance, Absence Management, Scheduling and Planning of working time, commonly called Workforce Management Solution. At People Services we are responsible for providing the Volvo group with efficient and high-quality services within the HR area. We are a team of 350 employees in eight countries. From our Global Center in Poland, we deliver global support to the full Volvo group. We also provide local support in Sweden within the areas of Contact center, People Operations, Compensation & Benefits administration, Payroll, International Mobility and Recruiting services.
We are currently looking into expanding our already great team by recruiting a Time & Scheduling Solution Lead at People Services Sweden. You will be part of People Services Sweden Management Team and report to Head of People Services North EMEA.

People Services is located just by the seashore at Arendal, Gothenburg. We are about 70 employees serving the Volvo group in Sweden with HR support, recruitment, and international mobility services.

We are looking for a customer and quality-oriented senior profile with extensive knowledge within the Time/Workforce Management area and with the ability to provide inspiring leadership.
This is what you will spend most of your time with the coming years…
Take the overall responsibility for securing the new end-to-end Time/Workforce Management solution, creating a process that is adding value to the business
Drive the purchasing process of a new Time/Workforce Management solution, including preparations such as mapping of local agreements and securing business needs within the full Time/Workforce Management area
Secure the rollout of the solution including pilot implementations replacing the as-is time reporting system
Secure continuous competence development within the Time/Workforce Management area within Volvo Group Sweden
Drive continuous improvement of the end-to-end Time process
This is what we would like you to bring…
HR experience in an international environment
Extensive knowledge in Time/Workforce Management solutions
Knowledge and experience within relevant legislation
IT knowledge and interest are important to succeed in this role, PC Skills including Office 365 suite
As a person you are or have:
Structured and organized, process oriented, with experience of working with lean methods and tools
Customer focused with the ability to build relations and a proactive engagement with stakeholders and end users
Strong communication skills, including an excellent level of verbal and written English and Swedish
