TitanX Engine Cooling is hiring a Material Coordinator

TitanX Engine Cooling is a global supplier of commercial vehicle engine and transmission cooling solutions to OEMs and the independent aftermarket. TitanX with annual sales of over 2 billion SEK has 800 employees worldwide. The company has manufacturing sites in Sweden, USA, Brazil, China, Mexico and Poland. TitanX is today owned by Tata Autocomp Limited.

Your role

As Material Coordinator you will ensure the procurement of operations material and have frequently reviews with suppliers to follow up delivery and quality performance.
You will be part of our experienced Supply Chain team and report directly to Supply Chain Manager on site.
We expect you to contribute to the team by being innovative to drive business forward and making improvements and efficiency.

TitanX, will give you the opportunity to work in a global and growing company with a strong foundation in the automotive industry. In this position you will be focused on suppliers mainly located in India, Korea and China.

Assignments for the position:

* Plan the procurement of materials.
* Optimize the Material Resources Planning.
* Maintain, review and transmit firm orders & delivery schedules to suppliers.
* Control & improve the performance and quality of suppliers' delivery.
* Collaborate with Physical Flow teams to optimize physical flow, ensuring respect of standards.
* Optimise the inventory level.
* Own and improve the logistic conditions with suppliers.
* Participate in projects

The position is based in our plant in Mjällby.

Your profile

You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, Purchasing or Engineering and about 1-3 years experience in Supply Chain (planning), Purchasing or Financial Controlling.

As a person you are innovative, result driven and proactive. To succeed in this position it is important you have very good communication skills to be able to coordinate with international suppliers as wells as your team.

Analytical and Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory to be able to extract mass data, review & analyse to improve system. For us it is important that you are a team player.

You are fluent in English, both written and oral. Swedish is not mandatory, but a plus.

Both SAP and VBA for Excel knowledge are not mandatory, but a big plus.
