TitanX Engine Cooling is a global supplier of commercial vehicle engine and transmission cooling solutions to OEMs and the independent aftermarket. The position is part of the engineering service within the RD&E organisation of the EUSA Operating Unit. The position is managing the overall development and validation work linked to one or several projects that are related to one major customer or customer platform. The work includes leading the product definition and the engineering planning towards said customer. The position will manage functionally, when agreed with the RD&E Director, the application engineers assigned to his/ her customer platform.
In addition to project-related work, the position drives and supports technical productivity-, standardization- and various department activities

With the rapid mutation of vehicles from internal combustion engines towards electro-mobility, it is important the Product Development Engineer has in-depth knowledge in Automotive cooling.
The position is based at our site in Mjällby, Sweden. Swedish or European working permit is an advantage. We also encourage and welcome female candidates.
Your profile
You like working in a climate with rapid changes and are motivated by planning and driving your work and take decisions within your area of responsibility. You are proactive, take initiative, see what needs to be done and do it. You are not afraid to challenge the organization.
· Minimum Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. At least 5 years’ experience in the field.
· Knowledge in especially design, thermodynamics, heat-transfer and structural strength
· Proven computer skills, especially CATIA V5 and MS Office
· Communicates fluently in English, both in speech and in writing. Swedish and/ or German are a plus
