Mission:
Manage the planning, communication and execution of operations within your APT(s):
· Generate realistic, consistent and optimised Short-Term Scheduling & Execution plans to streamline the APT(s) operations to secure APT(s) output and fulfil customer requirements
· Communicate production plans and schedules in an efficient manner. Support APT(s) Supervisors and their organisation
· Support & Collaborate with stake-holders within and around the APT(s) (Supervisors, other planners, maintenance, etc.)
· Maintain and improve ERP master data to secure the automation and efficiency of planning
· Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects for Planning and Control system

Your profile
You like working in a climate with rapid changes and are motivated by planning and driving your work and take decisions within your area of responsibility. You are proactive, take initiative, see what needs to be done and do it. You are not afraid to challenge the organization.
Requirements for the role:
Education & Professional experience:
· Bachelor or Master’s degree (Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, Purchasing or Engineering)
· 1 to 3 year in manufacturing production planning and/or scheduling (production activity control)
Competences & Skills:
· Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and collaboration skills
· Experience in SAP MRP and “PP” Production Planning module
· Ability to effectively lead and facilitate meetings with cross functional teams and drive appropriate actions
· Basic knowledge of Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) and Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP)
· Six-Sigma, CSCP, CPIM or similar certification is a plus
System & Languages:
· IT: Proficient SAP & Excel skills (extract mass data, review, analyse, improve)
· English: Proficient level mandatory to communicate with stake-holders (internal & external).
Local language: Not required but with at least willingness to learn
