TitanX Engine Cooling is a global supplier of commercial vehicle engine and transmission cooling solutions to OEMs and the independent aftermarket. POSITION SUMMARY:
Site Management Controller is the member of the division financial control department who is dealing with all the issues linked to daily and repetitive activities. He leads the work of control of costs of sales and provides all the financial data and analysis needed to follow and help to improve costs efficiency, including financial reporting according to MAF rules. Is responsible for production, sales and project monitoring according to the TFC (TitanX Financial Code) rules, and to provide to the operational the analysis needed to help them to achieve continuous improvement according to TISIX strategy in order to deliver ambitious Budget. Manages the activity of the management controlling department so that all the controlling operations are performed in the most efficient way, correctly, rigorously.
REQUIREMENT PROFILE:
Minimum level Master degree or equivalent in Financial Economics
Good accounting knowledge including understanding of cash flow and cash management
Advanced level in Excel.
Basic knowledge in VBA to create spreadsheet solutions
> 10 years working in the Financial and Controllership areas in multinational automotive companies
Solid knowledge in IFRS, Budget, Business Plan, Forecast, consolidation of management information and reports, closing of financial statements, taxes (indirect), analysis of trends and respective impacts, feasibility analysis of projects and new businesses, P&L, sales price formation and cash flow;
Strong experience in implementing and restructuring departments, developing standards and procedures and training people;
General Experince in Management of the Administrative and Financial area (Accounting, Human Resources, Controllership, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Treasury, Tax and Tax, Foreign Exchange and Banks).
Can fluently communicate in English, both in speech and in written.
